Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie to star in Tourist?

Los Angeles: Hollywood heartthrob Johnny Depp is in talks for film Tourist, which may see Angelina Jolie playing female lead opposite the actor. The Pirates of the Caribbean star is in talks to play an American tourist, who is drawn into a web of intrigue by a female Interpol agent who is attempting to locate a criminal who was once her lover, Variety reported online. Jolie is expected to play the agent in the movie, which will begin production in February next year. Graham King’s GK Films is financing and distributing through his multiplet output deal with Sony Pictures Entertainment. Earlier, Australian star Sam Worthington was to star in the spy drama but he along with director Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck, left the project over creative differences. The film is yet to find a director. King, a friend of Depp, reportedly convinced the actor to take up the role. Depp is also working on the fourth installment of Pirates of the Caribbean, where he plays captain Jack Sparrow.
